Chazitear is a creative infinite[art hyphenate]. Specializing in film and television production, writing, songwriting, and directing, Chazitear is the self-proclaimed dialogue queen. With sharp wit and an eye for detail, she breathes life into every project she takes on by having a hand in every process to ensure the accuracy of each production. Chazitear’s purpose is to tell the stifled stories of Black women by showcasing them in a divergent light. Being raised in a beauty salon gave her a new perspective on telling diverse and inclusive stories. Chazitear received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing in Entertainment at Full Sail University with specialized writing for television training. Some of her credits include Amazon's “The Love Letter,” Oxygen's “Like a Boss,” and AMC’s “Hush” on ALLBLK. Chazitear recently joined forces with Octet Productions as Director of Development, where she is currently in post-production for “A Wesley Christmas Wedding” and serves as co-writer and co-producer; “A Kismet Holiday” as co-writer, director, and co-producer, and “Wake” alongside Bree and Chuck West and Tracey Edmonds where she serves as co-producer and script consultant. She is hot off filming season 2 of ALLBLK's newest #1 show, "Hush," where she directed, co-produced, and wrote.
